This website
mdmcontacts.com sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tools. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which processes visitors' IP addresses to deliver the pages and to protect the site, under Cloudflare's own data processing terms. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when the page loads.
The contact form
When you send the contact form, we receive your name, organisation, work e-mail, the number of devices you selected and your message. We use this only to reply to you and to follow up your enquiry. The message is delivered by e-mail to Nordic Mobility and kept in our mailbox for as long as the dialogue is relevant, at most two years after the last contact. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (GDPR article 6(1)(f)).
The NM Contacts service
Customers of NM Contacts maintain contact lists for their own devices in the portal at contacts.nordicmobility.no. For this data the customer is the controller and Nordic Mobility AS is the processor. The processing is governed by a data processing agreement that the customer accepts in the portal. Data is stored in the EU on Cloudflare's platform. Questions about contact data on a device should go to the organisation that manages the device.
Your rights
You may ask for access to, correction of or deletion of the personal data we hold about you, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to contact@mdmcontacts.com. You may also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
